Return & Refund Policy – Jewellery Products

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in delivering high-quality jewellery products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), invoices, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Engraved items
  • Resized or altered products
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and order details for verification.
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)
  1. Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  2. If approved, return instructions will be shared.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be requested).


6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
