Return & Refund Policy – Jewellery Products

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, certificates (if any), invoices, and accessories must be included.
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized jewellery
- Engraved items
- Resized or altered products
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos and order details for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if applicable)
- Our support team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, return instructions will be shared.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the product passes quality inspection.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (bank details may be requested).
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
- Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
